Processing Time All products are made to order just for you. Once you place your order, our production partners begin creating your custom items. Processing typically takes 2-7 business days before your order ships.
Shipping Timeframes After production is complete, estimated delivery times are:
- Australia (Domestic): 3-7 business days
- New Zealand: 5-10 business days
- United States & Canada: 7-14 business days
- Africa (South Africa, Namibia, Botswana): 10-20 business days
- Rest of World: 10-25 business days
Please note these are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your cart. We work with multiple production partners to offer you the best rates possible.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.
Print-on-Demand Products Because we create each item specifically for you, processing times are longer than traditional retail. This made-to-order approach helps us reduce waste and offer you a wider variety of unique designs.
International Orders For orders shipped outside Australia, please be aware that:
- Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient
- Delivery times may be affected by customs processing
- We cannot control or predict customs fees
Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 30 days of your order date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.
